Explorer swimming pool

The infinity pool is only about 5' deep when in port. They lower it about a foot when at sail.

The main pool has a large ankle deep area before the stairs to a gradually sloping depth. I am 5'9 and I think I could comfortably stand everywhere.

I tried ringing Regent to get an answer about the depth of the pool. Luckily I managed to speak to a member of staff who had just come back from a training session on Explorer

"Well" she said "I didn't go in, but I think it is only about two inches deep"

I naturally questioned the validity of her statement

She retorted "Yes it's true.........I saw a seagull land in the pool and the water only came half-way up its body"

Sorry I cannot help the OP with a more definitive answer

Actually, although funny, both Regent (U.K. I assume) and witt's end are correct. If you are simply walking by either end of the pool, the depth is what the Regent representative described (to be precise, it is 3" deep). However, if you walk up to the pool, the depth of the main part of the pool is what witt's end posted.

I think the OP was looking for the depth of the pool on deck 12.

That is what I assumed as well but witt's end addressed both pools. I was surprised that the infinity pool is as deep as it is and think the shallow parts of the pool on deck 12 is nice as well.
