I have noticed that all of a sudden i have not received any emails from princess lately. When I went in to check "MY Princess" the section that held all the past emails is no longer there. i believe it said "My dream Deals".

Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes there has been a couple of threads on the new changes. ;)

When we had no cruises booked we received several email offers per week but since recently booking a cruise we have not received any. They got us to book another cruise but apparently they're unwilling to email us more deals for any additional cruises. ;)

Same.

Maybe they're waiting to see if SHE behaves herself this time.

So what happens next time I get a casino offer? In July I used the "My deals" link to see what sailings were being offered for the casino deal. Will the pricing automatically just show up when doing a mock booking?

Yes, it will show up in your mock booking. My dad didn't even know he was getting the casino rate. He kept telling me I was paying too much and I kept telling him that I don't gamble enough to get the cheaper pricing.:D

In his defense, stepmom is the gambler, so he never made the connection.

I don't know if you're considering the current promotion but it is valid with casino rates: "This offer is combinable with Casino offers".

Where do you go to see what the casino rate is? I have it, but I don't know why and I don't know where it's recorded.

It shows on the screen that comes up after you select your cabin. We got a message on the screen that said something like "Based on your cruising history, you have qualified for a lower price." Then the price changes and shows the cheaper rate.

It seems to depend on the length of the cruise how much you save. My stepmom has three cruises booked with the casino rate and the savings were between $300 and $800 dollars per person, for the first two people in the cabin. The third and fourth passengers don't get any discount. :(

You're welcome & hopefully it works well for him. :)

OMG, things seem to change daily with Princess. I called for him and was told they would have to give up the casino rate. I went and did a mock booking, and the casino rate no longer applied to his 11/16/16 cruise. This is the new message that I got.

Someone on our roll call said that they couldn't get the casino rate and the 3-for-free on this cruise either, but their TA did combine both on a Hawaii cruise. Oh well.. At least we tried and thank you again for the suggestion.

The statement that casino fares are combinable with the sale is still there in the terms & conditions...why are they not allowing what is in their T&C???

Could it be because of their other statement that "Offer has limited space regardless of cabin availability"?

Could be. I know that the Sip-n-Sail closed for this cruise about two weeks before the actual sale ended. I think you were right when you told me that this was going to be a popular cruise.

I've noticed over the years if you have FCC's in your account, that Princess works that list pretty hard with strategic emails, knowing that you're already committed to a future cruise of some kind, and a easier target, but as soon as you use the FCC's and your account is empty you kind of drop of their strategic marketing radar.

My recent experience was different because we still have two FCCs each. ;)

We got several email offers per week when we had no cruises booked (first time in the past 6-7 years) but after booking a cruise the offers have stopped. Guess they're not in a hurry to entice us with another good deal to use our other FCCs since we now have a cruise booked. :(
