RCI Price Drop

I saw the price drop on the Harmony of the sea for Dec 2 and when I called RCI about it and he replied that there is no price drop on that sailing? what do I do?

I'd verify that the new price is not part of the weekly sale. Here is the link for the weekly sale:

They have been getting pretty sticky about enforcing the "new bookings" restriction on the weekly sale.

Is your cruise on the sale? If it's not call back and speak to someone else if you're sure you're comparing apples to apples.

^ go through all the way to the payment tab with the booking to get the real price - may times the initial few pages of the booking shows the wrong price if using the RCI web site.
