Drinking water for room

Hey can someone tell me where do I find our purchase for our water we made to Carnival? Suppose to be delivered to cabin first day. Any help I appreciate. Do not see it in our documents.

If you log into Carnival.com and go to My Cruise Details, it should be listed at the bottom of the page under My Orders. That is where mine is being shown.

I save the email receipts they send. I have never had them show on my bookings.

It is not showing mine either and under my billing is just shore excursions purchased :(

Log in to Carnival, then go to Cruise Details on the right of the page. Scroll down, it should show a list of all your purchases and excursions.

If you don't see the water you purchased, you should have gotten a confirmation email when you purchased it. If you didn't get that, perhaps call Carnival and see what went wrong somewhere. :)

BTW we find the ships water to be very drinkable.

In "My Cruise Manager" and "My Cruise Details," the water purchases and other items I've gotten from The Fun Shops, Spa Services, etc. are listed.

It's a recent change they made to the website, but if you purchased items before they made the update they might not show.....

In My Cruise Manager, under My Details, is where my water purchase is listed.

Thanks for all your help, but ours is not showing up either on our details.

Guess I will have to give them a call before we leave.

Have also a printed copy of your email confirmation in case a problem arise.

Thanks guys! I believe Carnival must troll these boards at night, cause this morning my

purchase was there under my cruise details. It was not there before, hubby and myself have tried to find it several days . Now all is good. Made a copy of it already today!!:)
