Dining - Staterooms booked together - Booking through Carnival Australia Website

Good Afternoon,

When booking two staterooms together (Two twin's for a family of four), if the same dining times for each stateroom are selected through the Carnival Australia booking dialogue, will the two staterooms be seated at the same table?

What is the best way to request a 4 person table? Carnival Legend if that helps.

Should we email the on board maitre'd?

I have taken a look using the search function, but I haven't found anything quite on point to my query.

I don't know if it's different in Australia, but when I booked our two cabins my TA linked the bookings so that dining assignments would be together.

If you didn't use a TA I think you could get your cabins linked by phoning Carnival.

We were originally going to book through Carnival directly, but as their website kept crashing, we decided to use an online TA (Where we found a better deal with OBC anyway), so we've booked that way and asked them to ensure the staterooms are linked for dining purposes.

I emailed the ship's maître directly as others have suggested, requesting two cabins sit together. I did not hear back but hoping to find us at the same table when we board!
