and by NE, do you mean Empress? Her notation was NP when she was the Nordic Prince. We'll be on Empress for the Sept 17 sailing so I guess I'll be meeting a new captain (new to us)!

sorry, I had assumed. When i was on Empress just before she left the fleet I had to go to the LA's desk to get the correct coupon book and when she opened the storage area under the huge ship model, all the boxes had NP on them. Then everywhere we docked, on the pier was NP for the mooring lines.

I enjoy having this list, but I'm uncertain what "started rotation..." means? I got off the Allure on 7/3/16. Guest Services told me the captain for our sailing was Tore Grimstad. But it took four (4) clerks to come up with his name. Were they correct? Or did I send a note to the wrong man?

started rotation means on July 7, I thought Capt Tore went on vacation and Capt Ron started. So if you got off 7-3, then yes you had Capt Tore, he got off the ship the same day you did. My rotation date is off by 4 days, I'll correct it.

This is his first contract as captain. I was on his first cruise and he handled it well.

Slight correction--Captain Johan signed off this morning and left us in the capable hands of Captain (Dimas?)--I thought he'd said he was done AFTER this cruise but he got off today. He will be back in October. Didn't realize this was his first tour as master. He really is great!

no, Capt Trym should be going on vacation Sept 20, unless he's doing a longer than 10 week rotation.
