GREAT customer service. Go-Escooters Copenhagen

My wife and I are about to embark on a cruise that includes some shore time in Copenhagen, Denmark. We had booked a one hour electric scooter tour on Sunday morning at 0900 and it was paid in full.

The proprietor sent email yesterday that said we had been moved to a 1300 tour due to some corporate events. Unfortunately that would not have left enough time for us to get to the port and board our ship in a comfortable manner. So, we booked another tour with another company (not electric scooters, however) and paid for it.

This morning the proprietor sent another email that said they would get another guide to accommodate our 0900 reservation. We explained that we had replaced their tour with another and asked for a full refund. That refund has been received, in full.

If you have occasion to be in Copenhagen and would like to tour the city on an electric scooter please give Go-Escooter consideration. We appreciate that they did not attempt to take advantage of this situation.
