After sending 5 emails to guestservices without a reply does anybody know an email address of somebody senior

As you are in the UK have you tried this one. I found they responded very quickly and were most helpful. (Although remember it is the bank holiday so may not be in on Monday)

In the past I think emails all went to SB in the USA, and were dealt with pretty promptly. Now I have a feeling that they may all, or some, be dealt with from Southampton, and my recent dealings (not very recent) have not been as satisfactory.

It might be worth trying the Club addresses, as you have cruised Seabourn before, which are seabournclub@seabourn.com, and clubconcierge@seabourn.co.uk.

Of course, there will probably not be anybody there until Tuesday if it is in the UK.

officeofthepresident@seabourn.com I find is the best one to use rather than mess about.
