CL concierge for the crossing was named Allen. Don't recall last name. He was in the Enchantment CL last spring

We are on the Serenade right now, Mario is in the CL and Perla is in the DL. I will try and find out when or if they swap over and when their vacations start. Both of them are superb.

Heard that Carlos Ortiz has resigned from RCCL. Have not heard who will be replacing him on the LOS but hope it is Jorge. Or it would be great if Nadja would be assigned to the LOS!!

Jorge is going to Enchantment 2 weeks from Sunday. It has been confirmed he is still going. Yes!!! I'd love to have Nadja!

We are leaving the Serenade this morning and here is the latest information I got from Mario and Perla last night -

Mario currently in CL, leaves for vacation 7/16 and returns 8/26

If we see him this morning I will try and find out who replaces him on 7/16.

Perla currently in DL, sign off date is 8/26, however she has asked for an extension till 11/1 but it has not yet been confirmed
