Who should I contact to see if I have any comps available to me from my last cruise? I searched the forums and saw some say exechost@carnival.com and some say casino@carnival.com. Does it matter which one or is one older?

Supposedly they closed it last month. They included the information in an email reply to me. But.... i have a feeling it may still be working, because they have had some issues with the website.
