They are certainly provided in Penthouse Suites and there is normally a pair available at the Sky Bar but they are of very poor quality and well abused. Concur with Seacap - better to bring your own. Concur with Seacap - better to bring your own. We didn't have any in our Penthouse Spa Suite on our recent Amazon cruise, although we had brought along an amazing pair of travel binoculars. They also had a larger version of our binoculars on the shop on-board, most likely as this cruise had just finished the Antarctic cruise season as had not seen them in the shop before.
