Celebration deluxe cabin

Recommended Posts

Just booked our next cruise , first time on Thomson. We have booked a Deluxe cabin , but just been told on either deck 6 , 7 or 8. For an additional £45 can select our cabin.

Was wondering if anyone can suggest a cabin with double bed an unrestricted view. Are these cabins on same level as outside walking deck

Any other suggestions/tips on ship welcomed

We have just returned from Celebration, we were on deck 7 in deluxe cabin 0131. It was fine, not restricted views because of lifeboats and no deck outside. We have stayed in a couple of other cabins on that deck and they gave been good too

We have sailed on Celebration many times and prefer to be midships aft on deck 7 we have stayed in 131 twice and will be in same cabin on Spirit in June It's near to the lifts and stairs but you can't hear anything and is very accessible to the lido and pool area. We have also stayed in 138 and 144 although you can get a bit of vibration further down the deck I would recommend this deck. None have obstructed views. Just a note 131 does not have obstructed views but the deck above to the left of your window has an area where crew work sometimes although not noisy it was a shock on one occasion on opening the curtains to see them above us - we were at sea and weren't dressed so quickly closed the curtains!!
