Pick up time for travel to port of Miami from Fort Lauderdale

We are sailing the dec 23 seaside from Miami and staying the night before in Fort Lauderdale. MJS transportation will take us to Miami from the hotel but leaving at either 9:30am or 11am, not sure which to choose. It's a shared service so would be stopping in other places I assume. Ship debarks at 7pm so not sure when we can get on board. Any advice would be appreciated.

My choice would be the early time because I would want to be among the first to board . The trip from the airport to the port takes about 30 or 40 minutes so you would probably be waiting at the port until the ship clears customs . However , you'd be fine taking the later shuttle and missing the hub-bub at the port in the morning . Last call to board is not until 4:30 pm.

I would definitely go with the early time.

They open the doors about 1030 to go and check in. Don't they have a 1000?
