We are considering a last minute 7 day on this ship from Miami to Roatan, Belize City, Costa Maya, Cozumel, Miami Sunday October 9 - Sunday October 16.

Has anyone sailed on this ship?

Are these good ports of call?

Is this a turbulent time of year to sail in this area of the sea? Looks like possible rainy season in Roatan

I am going on the same cruise, but leaving on Oct 16th. I have been to three of the four ports before, just not Belize. I really enjoy Roatan (go to the monkey farm) and Costa Maya (beach day!). I am looking forward to a tour to the Belize zoo. I have not been on the Getaway before, but I have been on the Breakaway, which is the sister ship, and I loved it! I don't think you can have a bad time - go for it!

Take the River tour in Belize then the Mayan Ruins. Fun, Wild Croc, Monkeys and good food. Very informed guides and can spot Iguanas you'd miss. Mayan ruins are educational and beautiful.
