Upsells through TA?

Has anyone been offered an upsell that has booked with a travel agent? We previously sailed MSC, (booking through MSC) and before sailing we were contacted by them and offered an upsell.

My question is, has anyone been offered an upsell that was booked through a Travel agent?

As a TA , I can tell you MSC has contacted us numerous times with upsell offers for our clients.
