St. George's hurricane status?

I have not been able to find out how they were affected.

Does someone have some information or can suggest a source?

HI there, Hurricanes Irma and today Maria both went well north of Grenada. Today we have a little rain but no wind and it is very hot and humid. We have had some sea swells but nothing major - apart from that we have been extremely lucky. We are super concerned for our sister islands which are suffering another terrible hurricane after the devastation of Irma.

Good to hear no damage has been done to this beautiful island and lovely people.

Thankyou. Today we are hoping for the best for our sister islanders of Dominca who got a Cat5 direct hit last night at 9pm. We have friends here desperate to get news from Dominica about family but there's no communication at all as everything is down. Only communication is via ham radio. Latest reports are half a village has disappeared in flash floods, cars and trees everywhere, everyone has lost their roof, no communication. Town centre has been flattened. Just awful!
