Jacksonville Port $8 Lot Question

We are planning to park in the lot outside the Jacksonville port ($8 per day) Jacksonville Cruise Parking. I know we pay the $8 per day up front when we arrive, but does anyone know if we should tip the person who puts the luggage on the shuttle and takes us over to the port - it does not address this on their website. Anyone used this lot and who may know?
