Anyone stayed at HOTEL ARCADIA in VENICE

I have searched and searched for hotels and have several that I am trying to choose from. Has anyone ever stayed at the Hotel Arcadia in Venice? It gets wonderful reviews but I am concerned about the location. It is in the Cannaregio district. Thanks!

What specifically are you concerned about .... distance from St Marks, distance from pier, amount of walking to the Canal?

The hotel web site indicates a 15 minute walk from the Guglie vaporetto stop so it's definitely not close to the canal for easy access to the water buses. And may be difficult if you have lots of luggage to schlepp.
