Transportation from Rome Ciampino airport to hotel near Pantheon

This will be my first time flying into Rome Ciampino airport and am wondering the best way to get to my hotel located near the Pantheon. Is there a fixed taxi rate? It doesn't look to have train service. In the past, I have used a car service arranged by my hotel from FCO but never from Ciampino and wanted to get a feel for prices before I contacted them. Thanks!
