MSC Orchestra Black Card Freebie Speciality Restaurants?

We are "Blackballs" with MSC and get a free meal in a speciality restaurant as a perquisite.

I see there is the Shanghai oriental joint, but is there also an Italian one? Years ago on that class of ship they changed part of the buffet into a paid-for restaurant in the evening, and that is still showing on the C.C. review. I don't think they bother now.

We are both "Blackballs" so can we take each other as a guest to dinner, i.e. two speciality dinners per voyage?
