Freedom - Hair dryers or no hair dryers?

I've seen posts where some ships have hair dryers and others done. We are booked in a balcony room and am debating if I will need to pack my hair dryer. :confused:

We were just on the Imagination and there was no hair dryer in our room. We asked the room steward for one and he came back an hour later with one. No need to pack one...

Freedom has hairdryers in the room

Since the Freedom is newer, I would expect a hairdryer. however my wife says the ships hair dryers are on good if you have a crew cut. My wife always brings her hair dryer.

My cruise last year on the Freedom had a hair dryer in a drawer. However, these hair dryers are so bad that like stated above they don't do much for someone with long hair. I always bring my own and suggest most women should do that as well.

Definitely bring your own, if you rely on blow drying for styling. The provided dryers don't blow worth a damn...and that's the whole point of blow-drying...
