NautilusMike Posted October 3, 2015 #1 Share Posted October 3, 2015 Has anyone stayed in this cabin? Any idea what "restricted access to balcony when at sea" means?
dallas16 Posted October 3, 2015 #2 Share Posted October 3, 2015 I haven't stayed in this balcony but looking on the deckplan and on Google, it means that you aren't able to access the balcony at certain times while the ship is sailing and are only able to access the balcony whilst the ship is docked
TOMOGP Posted October 3, 2015 #3 Share Posted October 3, 2015 We stayed in 104 lovely large balcony on our cruise round Britain we didn't attempt to use it due to the weather. I assumed its restricted due to the airflow as the ship goes forward
Capnahab Posted October 4, 2015 #4 Share Posted October 4, 2015 Hi We stayed in A106 which is the equivalent cabin on the port side for our Baltic cruise in May. The balcony is large, we asked the cabin steward about restrictions and he advised us there were none so we used it as and when. Beware of the cabin though, its classed as a superior deluxe, but it only has one TV which is offset to the bed position which you have sit/lay to watch because the small sofa is on the same wall as the TV, the cabin hasn't got a separate seating area at all as the Superior deluxe cabins have. We would describe it more as a large balcony cabin.
