Prepurchase UDP w/$50 dining credit?

My mother and sister were going to share a verandah on a cruise we're all on next May with "free UDP." We just had our TA switch them to adjoining Solo cabins. They each get a $50 dining credit. They would like to purchase the UDP. Does anyone know if they can do that at this point, or will they have to wait till they're on board?

They can purchase the package now but they'll have to pay for it with a credit card. The $50 OBC can't be used until they board.
