Concierge Request Question

If you are in CS or above you can just meet the conceirge in Michael's club and she will escort you for early tender, you will not need tickets.

We have always let the conceirge know the day before what time we are hoping to disembark then she can organise efficiently for all. In some ports, unless you want to get off really quickly, there is no queue and you can simply go straight to tender.

I am in Aqua. Would the same be true for Aqua guests?

Priority tendering is a suite/Elite benefit, not CC or AQ.

Yes I did notice that PRIORITY tendering was not mentioned as a Aqua perk. My question is can I ask my concierge to acquire tender tickets for me? I am not asking to be off in the first hour of tendering. I just don't like having to deal with getting tender tickets and since I have concierge services I was wondering if asking him or her to pick some up for us was an ok thing to do. :)

Everyone on board has access to the same concierge [although, those in a CS and above also have access to the Michael's Club concierge and are unlikely to us the general one]. I do not know if you could request tender ticket through the concierge but I doubt it.

Well since we didn't ask one thing of the concierge on our 1st Celebrity cruise and it's for the day of our 25th wedding anniversary I will take a shot and ask. The worst that can happen is that they say no.:)

The easy answer is no. The general concierge will not do something for one group that causes issues for/with anyone else on board. Tendering is something that they won't touch with a 10 ft pole. You will be expected to either a) pick up your own tickets if its a port that warrants this or b) proceed to the tender directly if not.

On our last cruise when a tender ticket was needed, we walked down to Level 3, we each were given a ticket, and then instructed to head right to the tender. Real easy.

That Concierge is the concierge for nearly every cruiser. Don't expect too much.

I don't know why you are referring to the concierge as your concierge. He/she is not assigned exclusively to you. The concierge is available to everyone on the ship.

Ok "the" can be used instead of "my". What's your answer to my question?

Super thanks. That's the only thing that I could think to ask for anyways so I guess that's good.:)

Sincere best wishes on your Aniversary. As others have said the conceirge has a massive number of guests to care for they really would be unlikely to be able to sort tendering for you.

If there is a reason for you wanting early tendering on your Aniversary I would suggest you go to guest services on boarding, explain the situation and ask if they can help. If there is no compelling reason to prioritise your tendering you will need to collect your own ticket or wait until the rush is over.

As others have indicated it often is very easy. As suite guests we often do not use the conceirge but simply wait for the rush to be over.

Have a great cruise!

I think the confusion is with having a Concierge cabin. I'm not sure why they call it that. You don't have a concierge. What you have is a balcony cabin with hors d'oeuvres and fresh fruit served in your room nightly, and flowers placed in your room upon arrival.

You will have to pick up your own tender tickets or you can avoid the crowd by leaving the ship later. If you ask at the customer service desk, they can tell you when the majority of the people usually leave, and then you can just head for the tender.
