Ensenada - elote and a baja

Hi all. Quick question. Our cruise ship will be making a short stop in Ensenada. In the shopping area near the port, will we be able to score the following:

 

 

1. Elote - the famous Mexican street corn

2. Baja hoodie - those "Mexican sweaters" you see many people wearing.

On Lopez Mateos (the main tourist street), there are some souvenir stores selling the hoodies.

Haven't seen elote on the streets of Ensenada except at the street fairs. ie Beer fest, Baja race, Dia de los Muertos and weekend before lent. We like to eat at Taquero Lindo (tacos), between Papa's n Beer and Hussongs and at Guadalajara (Birria). TripAdvisor has the info.
