Booked a room 7181 on carnival legend. Can anyone tell me about this room.

Perhaps it might help if you provide an idea of what it is you would like to know - concerns, specific questions, location issues etc. You are asking a very general question about a specific stateroom which may make the desired response harder to get - certainly it's similar to all other staterooms in its category.

Also you might want to join your Roll Call for your specific sailing to chat with others on board prior to your cruise. They may be able to help with any questions you may have.
