Any one have any car rental codes Budget and Avis?

Recommended Posts

If you're a Costco member, book your car through them, no code needed. Their prices are consistently the lowest we've found, 2nd driver free (though some states don't allow 2nd driver charges), very reliable, easy to cancel & rebook if you find a better price later.

No - you can pick up/drop off anywhere, airport of off-site location - they'll give you a list of available locations when you input a city name. We often use them for one-way rentals to LAX, picking up the car at a nearby community airport location. We've also used them for Hawaii ports, where the rental company picks you up at the pier, at least for Kauai & Hilo. Just log on to their website for car rental: https://www.costcotravel.com/Rental-Cars. You will even be able to input your 'preferred' car rental ID if you have one. Confirmation comes from Costco, but they also give you the rental company reservation number, so you can then go onto their website and verify that the reservation is there.

They only do airport drop offs

Booking through Costco...incorrect...we've rented many times using them for various pickup/drop off combinations. As recently as last month (Budget) picking up at FLL and returning to 17th Street location.

YEP! Rented from Costco Budget, picked up at our tiny airport location as it was the closest to our home. Dropped it off in Torrance CA near the Port of Los Angeles. There is NO requirement to pick up or drop off at an airport. Did the same think in Hawaii on the POA cruise and no airport requirement. Go to Costco and they will give you many choices of rental car agencies and locations. Locations are easy to find via the map provided.
