Cruise parking

I drive from Charlotte to Ft Lauderdale when I cruise. I can do it in about 10-11 hours depending on traffic. I always park at the cruise port ($130 for 7 day cruise) and do self disembarking to get in the car straight away and hit the road. Costs too much to fly when I can do the drive in one day. Last cruise I disembarked and in the car by 7am and home by about 5pm.

With research you might be able to find a hotel in FLL with a parking package that would cost less then either flying or parking at the port. Stay the night and board refreshed. EM

yes there are hotel park deals that include up to 14 days of free parking. Additional days are reasonable. One can check web sites such as :

https://www.hotelnparking.com

and look for the deals.

Charleston to Fort Lauderdale. Flying is my best option.

We drive from Columbia to FLL when cruising out of FLL and spend the night a couple of hours from the port going. We do drive straight back home ... about 10 hours. :)
