WiFi at Panama Canal Ports?

Does anyone know if there is WiFi at any of the restaurants or places at the ports that Holland America stops at on the Panama Canal Cruises? Has anyone found any other places where they are able to pick up Wifi?

if your cruise ship stops at Colon, there is free wifi.

There were lots of folks sitting with their lap tops and tablets in the building with the escalator that takes one to the shopping area of the secure port area.

Before stopping in any port, just ask your waiter or room steward. They will either know or find out for you.

I imagine you'd find somewhere near the port in Aruba and Curacao, there are tons of shops and restaurants.

This thread is a little old so thought I'd check from any recent travelers. Do you know if there are any free wifi areas near the ports in Aruba, Cartagena Colombia, Limon Costa Rica, or Ocho Rios Jamaica?
