Transportation to Explorer of the Seas from Seattle Hotel

We are arriving in Seattle next week for our cruise. From our hotel (Crowne Plaza downtown) we have booked shuttle express to take us to the pier. However, after reading their reviews, I'm a little nervous to use them.

Has anyone ever used them in the past? If so, how was it?

Anyone have any recommendations for another company? We are not looking for a private car or limo...a van shared with others is fine.

We used Shuttle Express in 2014 to an from the Seattle cruise terminal. We used their town car/limo service and had no problems. It was really nice to have someone to show up exactly when we needed to and was well worth the money.

On the way to the port we also used shuttle express, but on the return we just summoned a taxi as soon as we exited the terminal. Very easy and we were at our downtown hotel within minutes of getting off the ship

I would recommend a taxi or Uber for the ride from the hotel to the port.

We just used Uber on Monday. Very easy... love not having to fumble with money and tips! Used SEATAC Town Car from airport to hotel and the guy said he would take us from hotel to ship for $20...

I booked a trip with Shuttle Express last week, last minute. No complaints at all, we ordered a town car and they sent a huge SUV. Easy online process too!

DW and I flew into Seattle a few days ahead of time to tour Seattle prior to our cruise and ubered everywhere, including to the pier. Easy peasy. And fast service.

Everyone has their own personal preference for transportation. I don't take shuttles, so I always book a town car or a limo depending on how far the ride is. Your personal preference is what you might consider.:):)

I've used Shuttle Express and would use them again. Nothing about the process - booking, pick-up, ride to port, payment, etc. - made me nervous. What specifically is bothering you that's making you 2nd guess your choice?
