Would Anyone Pick Delta Suites over Marriott Pinnacle?

before I cancel my long held Delta reservation for a newly found availability at the Pinnacle, anyone have advice? Delta looked great and I was satisfied. But now the other has opened. Any comments on either?

Cost is a wash. A year ago I got a good rate at Delta Suites plus booked it on Marriott Points. Points nights were not available at Pinnacle at the time and the rate was exponentially higher. Now the nights were available on points.

Location-wise I'd stay where you are. Delta is more convenient for walking to Gastown, Chinatown, Yaletown, SkyTrain, and a wash for the pier compared to Pinnacle.

Never having stayed in either I can't comment on whose rooms are better - perhaps Tripadvisor?
