Port Vila tours after cyclone

LOTS OF QUESTIONS..

Was wondering what the best tours would be in Vila since the cyclone and whether any areas/destinations were no longer accessible/open.

Looking at hiring bus and driver wondering what going rate is for 2xfamily of 4.

Have been told to look for specific lettering on the number plates???

Any additional advice greatly appreciated :)
