Cabin attendant service?

They certainly do on Tauck river cruises - although the evening service does not start until about 7 pm, as between 5 pm and 7 pm, the cabin attendants are working as the canape waiters in the main lounge during happy hour. There is a lot of doubling up and team work on a small river boat.

Americans love ice in drinks. Europeans are not big ice fans. Brits usually don't want ice. On a European cruise served by non Americans, putting ice in drinks is unusual. However, when you request ice, you get it. I would like to see an ice machine near the coffee stations. I love iced coffee and tea. In order to make it during the day, I had to make the hot beverage, go get ice, and mix them together. At meals, I got coffee/tea and a glass of ice.
