Espresso, lattes and cappucinos are ala carte at Al Bacio.....UNLESS you have the Classic beverage package, then they are included. Pastries are always complimentary (I'm addicted to the lemon tarts!) for everyone.

The Customer Service person at Celebrity was right.

Just off the Connie.

The coffees and teas are included in the beverage packages, the pastries are free for anyone. Aspen coffee is my favourite

Ahhhhh! Aspen Coffee....the perfect night cap to end another wonderful cruising day!! [emoji5]

Now I Am really confused, not easily mind you, what is the reason you would call X with the understanding that YOU will never get a correct answer to your question?

We usually wait until we board to see if the website is correct or not. If not correct then I can point to it as a basis for my point and not, generally, others experience because YMMV.

At any rate, bon voyage and I trust you get your coffee as planned, at no additional charge using the classic package.

To make matters worse.Café Al Bacio is not free of charge, but rather has al a carte pricing. This is a walk up counter venue where you purchase things on an individual basis.

Supervisor :

The Beverage packages have been changed and updated now and Crown Royal is a premium beverage.

The Beverage package she is well aware we have the classic

.i must add this supervisor cc my manager on every email to get me into trouble and she has one time...when cruise is finished i will be sure to have her job as she is a complete night mare and full of misinformation! !

y constellation night mare. ...i called up to find out if more space was available ( im an agent).and i was told " this sailing is CODE RED cancelled and i will get a call to reimburse my money back...heart attack after we have a wedding planned and non refundable stuff.

turns out Catherine in the call center has no clue had to do her job. ..i received some onboard credit for this..

then as im planning more the classic drink package now moved our lovely canadian crown royal to the premium package. ..really?? Yes i asked for a drink list and i don't see whiskey at all...is crown in the classic? Can we enjoy martini at the martini bar? Free on Classic?

I had a supervisor as im an agent tell me

Bourbon IS available with Classic package. Manhattan is my cocktail of choice (made with bourbon) and never a problem with Classic. Classic package is welcome at the Martini Bar but with limited choices. I know, I've done it. Check with Martini Bartender first before ordering.

If they are really busy, one of the waiters may be better rather than the bartender.:D

On Equinox last summer, the staff at the martini bar refused to serve us any drinks with the classic package. We checked with several staff. It's the only ship I've come across this. Usually you can get a small classic or Cosmopolitan martini with classic. We were able to get the smaller martinis in the casino bar and sky bar.

So much depends on the Food and Beverage Manager or other decision making staff on each ship. It can vary.

For example, we are Elite and go to the Elite cocktail party each evening. I asked the hostess at the entrance to the venue - the keeper of the gate who checks your Seapass card to see if you are Elite or higher. I asked her if our daughter and her husband came with us on a cruise, could they attend the Elite Cocktail Party with us since they are not Elite. She said sure, especially if they had the Classic or Premium beverage package. She said that allowing family members to attend is the surest way to entice them to become Elite members. BUT SHE SAID, OTHER HOSTESSES ON OTHER SHIPS COULD MAKE A DIFFERENT DECISION.

Correct, it really depends on how you ask and who you are asking.

My daily treat at Cafe Al Bacio is an affogato. A scoop of gelato with chocolate syrup and an espresso shot poured over it - and free with the beverage package! Only way to get free gelato other than Captains Club coupons.
