Why can't UK residents book 2017 cruises?

I would really love to book a transpacific at the end of November 2017.

I see that it is bookable on the Italian, German and French websites but not on UK.* All with drinks package.

I would love to spend my money. The UK customer phone team advise I will not be able to for one month.

WHY??? Please tell me they are wrong.* They must be. It is making me a little bit angry...

I have emailed Costa with the same question so if I hear anything I will update this post. But if anyone knows how I can book I would be grateful.

Which cruise are you try to book?

Costa Favolosa leaving Savona 24th Nov 17. But I may get on in Barcelona. In all cases getting off in Rio.

Customer Service staff say I have to be a country resident to book on that country's website.

You may get on the Favolosa in Barcelona but you won't be getting off in Rio. The Favolosa is going to Guadaloupe - Caribbean.

The Pacifica and Mediterranea are going to Rio 2016/7.

Don't forget I am travelling what is 17/18 season. All change...

Costa got back to me. A very poor English reply. Apparently you can only book one year out! So different from other countries in Europe!!!!
