Grand suites

We leave next Sunday and have a GS. I know about the priority stuff, but will the room be ready when I board like FTTF? I like to get on the ship asap so I can eat and unpack. Thanks in advance.

We've been in a GS in our last few Carnival cruises and at that time there was no early cabin availability (ala FTTF).

No. You must purchase FTTF if you want your cabin ready upon embarkation. Of course if you board after 1:30PM all the cabins will be accessible.
