Have three inside cabins booked for the October 2016 sailing.....have to cancel one.....do you know if we have to pay a fee?

DCL does not impose any fee for cancelation prior to the "penalty date." This date varies with the length of the cruise and the embarkation port. For a cruise of 7 nights departing from a US port, that is 90 days before embarkation.

SO, for a 2016 cruise, there is no fee imposed by DCL at this time (if you wait till closer to the cruise date, there will be). If you used a travel agent, check your agreement with them. Most do not charge a fee, but some do. If they do, you should have had to sign some sort of agreement with them.

Which October date? Just asking because I sail in October and our PIF date has passed already. I sail towards the end of October and there are less than 90 days out for my cruise.

Unless someone specifically booked a non-refundable cruise/cabin, ALL 2016 cruise dates are currently within the full refund period.
