Norwegian General Questions Treadmills and Yogurt

Norwegian first timer on Gem August 20th.

I believe the fitness center opens at 6 AM; however, I have been on some cruises where the treadmills opened somewhat later. Does anybody know if I may start using the treadmill when the fitness center opens at 6AM?

I have been on Carnival and they had soft serve ice cream and yogurt machines that operate day and night. On Princess I believe they only had soft serve ice cream. My wife likes lower fat options so she has asked me if they have yogurt machines on Norwegian. Does anybody know?

I read in a press release that Norwegian will be putting soft serve machines on the treadmills. A great innovation, but they won't open until 10 AM.

I thought that ice milk that was dispensed by the ice "cream" machine was already a lower fat option over real ice cream.
