Culinary school restaurant??

Does anyone know the name of a culinary school restaurant in Aruba . My cousin went years ago when visiting the island but can't remember the name or location??

The restaurant and hotel, the Bushiri Resort, closed years ago. :(

They were to have begun a new affiliation with the Hard Rock Resort, but that project was cancelled.

At this time they work with various resorts on the island.
