SS may be good at sea,but they are terrible on the phone

The Silversea phone operators whom we call for information, prices and info seem to get worse and worse. Some don't even ask your name or how many days the caller has on Silversea. They are indifferent and poorly trained.

A caller with 100 days is a serious customer who may select elsewhere if given such shoddy treatment.

Our travel agent is responsive 24/7....Not for silly questions, but for questions which can't wait for regular Monday thru Friday hours. This is why we give him our business. We feel " covered " and appreciated. Maybe you should consider by passing the SS office and get an independent agent...preferably one who does a lot of business with SS. You won't pay anymore, but you will be represented.

TA's do have the upper hand, can solve a problem on your behalf and also save you a bundle. Mine work 24/7 also.

Nobody has a problem here with legitimate questions, you ask for advice and we do our best to help based on our experience.

Hope you have a happy result.

Sophia :)
