Some don't even ask your name or how many days the caller has on Silversea. They are indifferent and poorly trained. This is why we give him our business. We feel " covered " and appreciated. Maybe you should consider by passing the SS office and get an independent agent...preferably one who does a lot of business with SS. You won't pay anymore, but you will be represented. Nobody has a problem here with legitimate questions, you ask for advice and we do our best to help based on our experience. Hope you have a happy result.
