We are travelling with elderly parents from Dover who whilst not wheelchair bound - do have limited mobility and I'm wondering whether there are any seating areas. I'm guessing there will be a certain amount of queuing?

Can anyone advise?

Yes, there are seats in the waiting area.

You'll be able to drive a car close to the waiting area, drop off your parents and luggage there then go park.

If arriving by taxi then the same applies, they can drop you off right outside the waiting area.

Inside there are plenty of seats where you can wait until it is time for your group to board.

The queues don't tend to be huge as people are called up in batches according to deck and cabin grade and the process is quick so they should not have to stand for long.
