we are sailing the Carnival Miracle to Cabo san Lucas, Matzalan, and Puerto Vairta next summer. How many of these ports are tender ports?

Only Cabo is a Tender Port....

It is more like HMC.

The schedule on your booking, and on the cruise line website will identify tender ports. Any port can be a tender port if there are a greater number of ships in, than the port can dock. Cabo is always a tender port. Puerto Vallarta has occasionally been a tender port. I have never heard of Mazatlan being a tender port.

It depends how far out the ship drops anchor. Could be 5 minutes or up to 10 minutes.
