To give an honest, helpful answer would need more specific information.

Perhaps you could list what you are looking for ....... Examples .......what's most important? Food, drink, shows, itinerary, nightlife, casino, how active are the older passengers in terms of walking, etc.

Most of the mainstream lines are very similar. It really depends what you like to do.

Also, what departure ports are you considering? Flying? Driving?

Since no cruise line offers "special" activities for over 18, any line will do! Pick a ship with a sports deck (if the younger adults are into that!)....otherwise, simply pick by price, or accomodations or destination!

Caribbean Cruise in January 2017. 8 ranging in ages 19, 25, 55, 60, 80, 85.

Which cruise ship best especially for the 19 and 25 singles.

You got the full spectrum when it comes to age, didn't you :)

Cruising is great, so many things to do on the ship, so can everyone have a great time, yes....Just my opinion, Holland America tends to draw a more mature crowd as far as age, so that would be good for the four older people in your party, but the 19 & 25 yr old may feel a bit young. If you want to try to accommodate all, Carnival, NCL or RCL may be the way to go. Unless you go on a "singles" cruise, there aren't a lot of adult singles. I think the biggest challenge may be for the 19 yr old single....he/she isn't old enough to partake in the bar scene and is to old for the "teen" activities on board....all that being said, with the activities and the different ports, I would recommend looking at one of the newer bigger ships (i.e.: RCLs Allure) you got the latest and greatest activities, lots of different dining options and you still have your ports and excursions....I hope you have a great time!!!!

YES! big age group. Celebrating 60th anniversary, but want the 2 grandsons to be able to mix if possible with a younger group. Thinking of maybe the new "Harmony" RCL ship

I think Harmony would be lovely for the whole family. I've been on her sister ships Oasis and Allure and they are absolutely great ships - never feel crowded and there is so much to do you cannot do it all in a week. The shows are awesome! We love the specialty restaurants on these ships - have never actually made it to the MDR (make reservations in advance.) These are huge ships, but they don't feel crowded. My main advice is to select an oceanview balcony or suite because otherwise, you won't see the ocean that much. The restaurants on Boardwalk on boarding day are blissfully uncrowded and a great place to start your cruise! If you can afford suites, then you will be invited to a special cocktail party on the helipad one afternoon - definitely go - it is a great experience and not something most get to do.

If you've got a family of six that get along and the senior most are ambulatory, you might want to consider a crewed yacht charter on something like a 60' catamaran. Check with an international yacht broker like Ed Hamilton. That brokerage is headquartered in Maine but serves worldwide destinations.

VERY affordable and all-inclusive.

Actually NCL does have get togethers for 18-20 year olds but I have no idea how well attended they usually are.

From NJ, check out the Anthem out of NJ. No flying to Florida.

Although the sailing is a bit more the inside cabins offer a virtual balcony. Thinking about the cost of flying to Florida, and staying over the night before your cruise, food, etc. It may average out.

12 Night Caribbean - Southern Cruise departing from Cape Liberty Cruise terminal

Cruise Line: Royal Caribbean International

Cruise Ship: Anthem of the Seas

Ports of Call:

Cape Liberty Cruise Port (Bayonne), New Jersey | San Juan, Puerto Rico | Philipsburg, St. Maarten | St. John's, Antigua | Castries, St. Lucia | Bridgetown, Barbados | Basseterre, St. Kitts

Or if you prefer a shorter cruise, I suggest Oasis Of the Seas from Port Canaveral

Cruise Line: Royal Caribbean International

Cruise Ship: Oasis Of The Seas

Ports of Call:

Port Canaveral, Florida | Nassau, Bahamas | St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands | Philipsburg, St. Maarten

OR

Cruise Ship: Oasis Of The Seas

Ports of Call:

Port Canaveral, Florida | Labadee (Labadie), Haiti | Falmouth, Jamaica | Cozumel, Mexico

These ships will have something for everyone. The Oasis is very popular. The shows onboard are fantastic...;)
