Online Check in Error Message

I am having difficulty setting my onboard account. I continue getting this error message. Is anyone having this issue??

Error message:

We apologize for the error that occurred while processing your request. Carnival.com technical support has been notified of the problem and will work to resolve the issue quickly.

try a different browser sometimes that works

Thank you for responding. Yes, I did try a different browser but that did not help. The problem was resolved. It was from carnival's end.
