Paying in installments!

Hi all we are on our first cruise next September on Indy round trip from Southampton to western med, we paid half of the deposit over the phone and due to pay more now. When I booked over the phone direct with RC they said all we had to do was send a call back request then they would accept payment over the phone, however my husband tried that and also emailed yesterday but has heard nothing back.. Any ideas what to do about this? Or is there any other way to pay without it being over the phone with booking direct?

if you logg-in to your cruise on rccl.com you can also select "make a payment", easiest way if you booked directly and do not want to call.

Where is that button? I do not see it. I have found it frustrating to need to call to ask any questions about my bill or make payments. This would make things so much simpler!

On my 2016 booking I had to pay over the phone there was no button to make payment. My 2017 booking is however showing a button to make payment.

You can call, and make a payment with ANYONE who answers the phone. Tell them your booking number, make the payment, and tell them to e-mail you a receipt immediately....

You don't need to call.

You need to create an account and add the reservation to that account. Once you've added it you can go into the reservation and should have a 'payments' tab where you can pay

Please can you clarify how you add an account.

I acess my current bookings and go the cruise planner for each booking. Is adding an account different.

It's baffling to me that anyone would go to so much hassle to make payments to someone else instead of simply making the same payment to themselves.

If your reservation is part of a "group" (I think it's 8 cabins or more booked as a group), you must call RCI directly to make a payment. They don't give you the online payment option.

I booked directly on the UK site and do not have a payment button on my 2016 cruise (I didnt on my Oasis cruise in 3015 either). I do have a payment button my 2017 cruise planner.

Will Lesley be able to set up a Crown & Anchor account if they have never sailed before?

I am curious as well...I have a payment option in my account but 2 of children do not...We ALL made accounts at the same time and do direct bookings. Why do some have to call and others dont if everyone has an account???
