Quest spa - Comments?

Does anyone have any experience with the SPA on the Quest? I have had good experiences with ships' spas and some not so good.

For example, if I schedule a massage, I like to linger before and after. Steam room, Sauna, whirlpool, nice showers, relaxation area. Is there anything like this on the Quest?

The spa has a serene area you can use before/after - heated tile loungers, sauna, steam room. It's small but it gets the job done! I've frequently used the showers in the changing room to shower after a massage.

It was $300 for two people on the 16 night crossing. I gathered that it is less ($199?!) on shorter sailings.
