Royal's website down?

Is it working for anyone else? Every time I tried logging in, it just brings me to an error page..."something went wrong"....I'm trying on 3 different devices and different browsers and cant log in.

I'm having the same problem. Today is my final payment day so hope I'm able to log in later.

Weirdly enough, it is affecting the UK site as well.

As soon as it comes back up you may find a Royal mishap and discover a good deal???

lol theyre probably trying to get rid of all those deals they call glitches so that no one else has a chance to take advantage of it..so they just take down the entire site

Royal Caribbean works on is sh.. department but They miss some paper to finish the job.

US site seems to be OK, but UK site still not working right.

Same thing here. Very frustrating. I finally gave up and called C&A because the one time I got it to work...there was a $160 price drop on my balcony cabin. They have had issues off and on for 3 weeks...at least here where I live anyway. Hard to book a cruise or purchase things such as drink packages, excursions etc when you can't get on the website.

I am having the same problem, if your final payment is due today I wouldn't want to wait on the site becoming operational again, just call in your payment and don't take a chance on it being late.

I'm having the same issue. Before their web site is "on vacation". Now it must be it is back from vacation and having a bad hang-over.

I've been unable to look at the "gifts and gear" section of my booking ever since we booked. Fingers crossed whatever they'll do will fix it! I probably won't even buy anything from it, but I just want to have a nose and see what's available as it's been 2 years since we last cruised!

It was down for a bit. Was trying to check in for a cruise and it came back up when I had checked again just after 3PM. :D Amazing how we're all on vacation mode! Fridays will do that to you!

Clear cache/cookies.

Just tried again and it's still working. :confused: Definitely clear your browser cache and try again. :)

I could log in now, but clicking on anything else brings me to the error page again
