Where do cruise ships dock in Dominica

Can anyone tell me where cruise ships dock in Dominica. I have been looking at a map of the island and can't seem to locate the port area. Is it near the town of Roseau?

It is. There is a pier right at the city. If it's being used, there is an industrial port a half-mile or so north.

We were in Dominica on Nov 18 and Serenade docked at the industrial pier. It wasn't convenient to town and the vendors were set up in a warehouse area.

One pier is right in town at Roseau -- very convenient!

The other is the industrial pier which requires a taxi/shuttle to get into down.
