Fantasia drinking and cabin questions

Hi, I'm due to take my family on an Msc Fantasia cruise next week. I am wondering about drinking water and tea/coffee on board. Is drinking water available for free? I've read it's available for free in the buffet, but can we just go in, get a drink and leave (I see it's open 20 hours per day...). I'm not keen on buying mineral water all week (drinking water was free on my last cruise with P&O.

Also, is cabin 12167 a good one? We upgraded to a balcony cabin.

Thanks!

Hi. You can access the drinking water all day, well 2Ohrs, in the buffet and by the pools. Cabin 12167 looks like a good choice, cabins above and below, quiet and near the elevators. Also, no overhang so sunnier than some. Enjoy, Ken.
