Symbols next to stateroom number

Anyone know what the different symbols next to the stateroom numbers indicate. Example 9274 has a * while 9270 has a small square

Rooms with connecting doors and rooms without connecting doors??

3 person and 4 person rooms too.

Legend from the deck plans (sadly the thumbnail setup here is very poor :(

A * is twins converted to king and a single sleeper sofa to sleep 3 and a block is twin/ king and upper and a single sleeper sofa to sleep 4.

Thought that you meant the cabin numbers actually on the ship, I was thinking that I don't ever remember those!
